7.1     If we have received your e-mail address in connection with the purchase of a service or the purchase of goods and you have not objected to the use of your e-mail address, we will inform you in the future about your own similar goods or services.

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (1) (f) DSGVO (GDPR) and Section 7 (3) UWG.

You can contradict the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare the objection by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter e-mail, by e-mail to [email protected] or by sending a message to the contact details stated in the imprint.

7.2     In all other cases, we will only send you our newsletter if you have subscribed to it with your consent. Our newsletter informs you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.

To register for our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you have registered, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address specified in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. In addition, we store your IP addresses and times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to inform you about possible misuse of your personal data.

The only requirement for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The specification of additional, separately marked data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO (GDPR).

You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. 8. Matomo Web Analysis

We use the open source software tool Matomo (formerly PIWIK) on our website to analyse our users’ surfing behaviour. We have set Matomo in such a way that no cookie is set by the application. The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. A storage of the personal data of the users only takes place there. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The software is set up in such a way that the IP addresses are not stored completely, but the last byte of the IP address is masked (e.g. 192.168.017.xxx). In this way it is no longer possible to assign the shortened IP address to the calling computer.

If you do not agree with the storage and evaluation of this data from your visit, you can object to the storage and use of this data at any time by clicking on the mouse. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in your browser, which means that Matomo does not collect any session data. Please note that the complete deletion of your cookies means that the opt-out cookie is also deleted and may have to be reactivated by you.

Alternatively you can also activate the so-called “do-not-track” function in your browser. Then, no session data is collected by Matomo.

You have the possibility to prevent that actions you take here are analysed and linked. This will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and improve the usability for you and other users.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. In order to be able to offer you secure data transmission on our website using SSL encryption, we use the service of Cloudflare, Inc. 101 Townsend St San Francisco, CA 94107.
